How do I order online from a Special Order Form received in the mail?

Once you place an item in your Basket a space at the TOP of the page will provide a place for you to put the Promotional Code found on your Special Offer order form. Put in the code and click the SUBMIT button. You may then continue shopping and will be able to see the special prices on all materials offered on that order form. Be sure to put the Promotional Code in at the TOP of the page BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT to receive the special prices.

Please note that the Special Offers are limited to ONE PER TEACHER. All terms listed on the order form must be met to receive any bonus offers/special prices. A credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) must be used when placing an order online. Special offers are only valid through Schaum Publications, Inc.

My order was not accepted after I entered my credit card information.

For your financial security and to combat internet fraud, our web store checks your credit card information against your name and address. Your billing address must match the billing address for your credit card or your credit card company will not approve the purchase.

To ship your package to a different address, enter that information under Shipping Address.

Why did I get 2 emails for one order?

When you place an order, your credit card will be "validated," your order amount will be "reserved" by your credit card company, and you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email when we process your order in house and your card is "charged."

If items are out of stock, you will not be charged for them until they ship. And there are no additional shipping charges for back-ordered items when they release.

Do I have to pay by credit card?

To order online, you will need a Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. However, we will gladly take your order by mail or phone as well.
